I am Emma, I have been windsurfing for 2 to 3 years. I am now 10 years old and go to as many T15 races as I can.

When you first get there you will be on a simulator. Your legs are a bit wobbly at first but you will soon get used to it and go really fast.

I like going because my friends are there and I am not on my own. Everybody is friendly and kind. It feels cool when your planing and skimming across the water.

We have a log book to see our progress and we get certificates when we complete each level.

You will wear an orange shirt when you race, there is lots of other colours and I am pleased to be representing North Lincs Invaders. At a race you might get 1st, 2nd or 3rd place trophy if you do really well. You will get a certificate no matter how well you have done.

The racing is a lot of fun, encouraging kids to windsurf.
